About Christ X Soul

Christ X Soul, pronounced “Christ By Soul,” is a digital Christian music ministry rooted in Oakland, California. Blending Christian Neo-Soul with Bay Area flair, the music is designed to sound beautiful, feel relevant, and share the timeless truths of Jesus Christ in casual, everyday spaces.

Christ X Soul is more than a creative project. It is part of the legacy I hope to build through faith, music, education, and service.

The Music and the Mission

My inaugural album, God in the Ride, will be released on iTunes on August 4, commemorating the third anniversary of my mother’s passing.

The album is a reminder that no matter where we are in life or in our walk with God, He is always with us. The mission behind the music is simple:

To point people to Jesus Christ and ultimately glorify God.

This ministry is not about personal recognition. It is about faithfully stewarding the gifts, creativity, tools, and opportunities God has given me to honor Him and share His message.

The Creative Process

Each song is approached prayerfully and intentionally. I want God’s presence to guide every part of the creative process. For these reasons, I write the lyrics, develop the melodies, record reference vocals, shape the beat direction, and guide the sound, message, and emotional delivery of each song. AI-assisted production tools help bring that creative vision to life. As 1 Corinthians 10:31 reminds us, whatever we do should be done for the glory of God. I believe the tools created by people can and should also be used to honor Him.

As Christ X Soul grows, we will collaborate with singers and musicians to record live versions of key songs and create music videos that strengthen the human connection behind the ministry.

Music with a Greater Purpose

Christ X Soul has two primary purposes:

1. To point people to Jesus Christ.

2. To use the ministry as a way build awareness and support for Shalom Christian Prep Academy.

Shalom Christian Prep Academy is my vision for a 100% tuition-free, Judeo-Christian TK–12 school that aims to serve traditionally underserved students and support them to navigate an AI and tech led future.

Through this ministry and education, I hope to create opportunities that uplift families, strengthen communities, and reflect the love and truth of Christ.
